are working for a lot less money if they can find a job at all. You see, the hourly man and the salary man
are in the same financial boat now. Your
local retailers are trying to stay in business so they cut cost and stopped
hiring people. You don't spend a lot of
money now which just puts more pressures on factory's, factory workers, truck
drivers, warehouse people, forklift drivers, sales people, office clerks and
even managers and ownership.
These
unemployed men and women knew that they had to go home before the darkness
covered them and they didn't want their wives, husbands or children worrying
about them. Every day is too long and
simply put, there's not enough money but there's a lot of worry.
There are few signs of
hope. Unemployment and
under-employment was the dark cloud that blocked out their bright future of
income and prosperity.
Men and
women with great job records and a good work ethic are unemployed or just
working part-time somewhere.
Many of
the unemployed men and women were good at their occupations and had years of
proven experience just going to waste.
The
internet-wise job seekers spend all their time on the web searching jobs sites
like Monster, Ladder and Career Builders but they never caught a break, they're
no jobs, not any more.
